Family Fandler has been proudcing oil for four generations now, since 1926. Consistency is the key here, from the quality of the products to the staff and their client base, which is continuously growing and has customers that have been have been trusting Family Fandler for decades now. Tradition is kept alive whilst looking to add value to the future. This is a company that believes in team spirit. The oil mill is known for its 100% pure, screw-pressed plant oils and a zero waste approach to raw materials.
Regional delights
In the early days the oil mill only processed local seeds. Meanwhile, Mediterranean oil fruits and exotic kernels are turned into the finest oils. At an oil presentation you can see for yourself how all of this has contributed to the oil mill’s success. Learn how oil is produced, what pure oils taste like and how they can be used in the kitchen. In the shop you can make use of the expert advice to purchase products such as gluten-free flours, vinegars, snacking seeds, flavoursome cuvees and a wide range of oils, of course.
Cooking courses are also offered on various themes, teaching participants how to use the oils correctly and allowing them to dive right into the world of culinary pleasure.
